Overview

On Thursday February 23, the Buffalo Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers will proudly host its 100th anniversary celebration at the Saturn Club with an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, and 3 course dinner. The event will mark a century of dedication, engagement, and commitment between ASCE and the Buffalo area engineering community. We have much to be proud of since our section's founding in 1921!

Maria Lehman, the Society Level (National) President of ASCE as well as a past president of our Buffalo Section, will be in attendance and give brief remarks.

All members are encouraged to bring a guest.

Schedule
5:00 pm – Open bar and hors d’oeuvres
6:30 pm – Dinner - choice of:

  • Grilled 12oz New York Strip Steak
  • Herb Marinated Faroe Island Salmon
  • Chicken Scaloppini

7:30 pm – Dessert, brief remarks and honoring our section past presidents
8:00 pm – Join us in the Saturn Bowling Alley for an optional post party hosted by the ASCE Buffalo Younger Member Committee. Open to all attendees and included with dinner.

In order to maximize attendance, your section dues will subsidize a portion of every dinner.

Ample parking is available at the Saturn Club, enter from either Delaware Avenue or West Utica.

Your cost will be $50 per person.
