Understanding the Critical Role of Geosynthetic Materials: A Technical Seminar

Event Objective

To provide attendees with an enhanced working knowledge of the state of practice relating to the proper selection, design and construction of geosynthetic materials being used in today’s landfill liner and final cover systems. Participants will be provided with latest information on emerging geosynthetic materials that will enhance the performance of landfill liner and final cover systems to meet both the State and Federal regulatory requirements. This course has been uniquely formatted such that each technical presentation will be opened with a brief regulatory statement regarding the discussion topic advising the attendees of the primary regulatory concerns associated with each area of discussion.

The geosynthetic industry is constantly improving upon materials being used construct modern waste containment systems. This course will also provide attendees with the latest information on geosynthetic materials being manufactured for waste containment systems.
